Eric Langton - Managing Director
He worked in the field of data and system security, including Secure Business Design for over 20 years before coming to Kenya in 1993. His first task here was to move Data Centre from a mainframe system to a PC based system which he undertook in 1994. Eric is proud to have represented Kenya at Lawn Bowls and has played in the African States Tournament, World Bowls and the Commonwealth Games.
Jabeen Dossajee - Operations Director
Jabeen began her career in the field of payroll management in Kenya in 1997. Soon after, she moved to the US where she worked while completing her degree course. Upon her return to Kenya, she was involved in corporate training for an engineering firm before joining Data Centre in 2006 as Payroll Manager. Jabeen is now the Operations Director and her main responsibility is to manage the operations of the company to ensure that the highest standards are achieved and maintained in accordance with quality assurance policies. Benson Ongoma – Software Manager
Benson has worked in the software industry for over 15 years and is now responsible for overseeing the maintenance of our flagship software used in our payroll outsource business procedures. Other roles include analysing arising needs from our clients based in many countries in Africa. He also controls design procedures for the specification of our systems, participates in actual development work and supervises the implementation processes. Of special interest to him is the routine system audit with other team members to ensure enhanced quality control.
